We are in search of a Marketing Coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate would have the ability to understand both social media and digital campaign strategies.

You Can:

  • Manage client social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific and timely marketing campaigns
  • Monitor new social media trends, feedback, and tactics
  • Understand and be able to tackle the Google Ad Suite
  • Be a total boss at Facebook Business Manager
  • Snazz up website content to ensure quality SEO – update keywords, meta tags, etc.
  • Participate regularly in brainstorming sessions for the development of marketing campaigns and take detailed notes of meetings
  • Learn our business and our clients’ businesses so that you can contribute to both
  • Analyze analytics from campaigns and develop thorough reports to gauge their success

Bonus Points If You Can…

  • Assist in production scheduling for video projects that includes booking locations, models, and coordinating with the client
  • Navigate Adobe Creative Cloud

You Are:

  • In search of a entry-level position that will give you the foundation to grow at the company
  • Proficient in Facebook Business Manager, Hootsuite (or similar platform), Google Ad Suite and GSuite
  • A problem solver who can help make our team and client’s projects keep moving
  • Self-motivated and enjoys flexibility
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to juggle multiple projects, prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A person who pays attention to details

What your day will look like:

  • You’ll be involved in creating monthly digital strategies for clients
  • You’ll create content calendars for clients on applicable platforms
  • You’ll attend meetings with clients to review weekly/monthly content strategies
  • You’ll assist in scheduling meetings with clients and the team
  • You’ll help out in updating content for social media and website to follow best SEO practices
