We’re looking for a Full-Time Jr. Graphic Designer!

Are you super skilled in brand development, and designing for brands across mediums (print, social media, environmental, and web)? Want to thrive in a team environment, collaborating and growing with others? Do you like Taco Tuesdays and hanging out with the occasional office dog? Then we think you could be the perfect match! 

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of design experience
• A portfolio illustrating exceptional brand design and UI/UX abilities
• Strong conceptual thinking skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills with careful attention to detail
• Knows how to make a diversity of content from social media graphics to print design to full website designs (no development experience required)
• Full competence in InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe XD and Photoshop
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Must have the ability to design for different audiences and different brand styles – defense contracting, food & beverage, start ups, consumer goods, corporate
• Ability to receive constructive feedback from internal and/or Client teams to ensure finalized deliverables meet Bold standards
• Nice to have: Experience with After Effects & Lightroom

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Creative team to brainstorm ideas for brand design
• Design compelling and effective logos, designs, print and web interfaces
• Create social media graphics as needed for Client content use
• Design beautiful website interfaces while also collaborating with the Development team to ensure the best user-experience
• Attend meetings with Clients to discuss design options and articulate thought processes
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
