About the Role
As an Account Coordinator Intern, you’ll be the connective tissue between our clients and our creative teams. This role is open to students and entry-level candidates from any background (business, marketing, design, web development, communications, or beyond) who are detail-oriented, curious about how agencies work, and can support coordination and management of client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

- Help prepare agendas, project timelines, and meeting recaps
- Coordinate internal handoffs between account, creative, and production teams
- Support task creation, production shoots, production planning, and file management
- Track project deadlines and flag potential delays before they become problems
- Observe client calls and internal brainstorms to learn how strategy and creative come together
- Help maintain project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, etc.) and shared trackers
- Conduct light research on client industries, competitors, and market trends as needed
- Take notes during meetings and help distribute action items
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or program in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Design, Web Development, or a related field
- Candidates interested in learning client communications and agency operations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Ability to support email communication with varying clients, vendors, marketing teams, and c-suite level executives
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- A proactive, no-task-too-small attitude
- Genuine interest in marketing, branding, or the agency world
- Familiarity with Google Workspace; project management tool experience a plus
- Ability to commit to 15-20 hours/week for a 6-month period
Nice to Haves
- Previous internship, coursework, or hands-on experience in account management, PR, client services, design, or web development
- Exposure to design or prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) or basic web development (HTML/CSS, WordPress, etc.). Not required, but a plus if you want to understand the creative/technical side of client work
What You’ll Gain
- Direct mentorship from experienced account and creative professionals
- Real client exposure across industries, including municipal, defense, healthcare, manufacturing, and more
- A behind-the-scenes look at how campaigns go from brief to launch
- Real-world experience for a career in account management or marketing
