ABOUT THE ROLE:
Bold Agency is a project-based agency, which means we often have many lengthy, complex, diverse and multi-faceted projects being worked on at once. As Junior Account Coordinator you’ll be working on projects that require multitasking and the ability to switch gears to help guide multiple projects to the finish line. This role is often client-facing; their function is to ensure all internal and external communication and coordination is recorded, accurate, timely and organized. The Junior Account Coordinator must maintain a solid level of awareness of what the team is working on and must be detail-oriented, clear and professional in their internal and external communication.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an account coordination, project management, or similar administrative role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, has a keen attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and excellent proofreading skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects & assignments simultaneously
- Ability to communicate to clients in a professional and thorough manner
- Working knowledge of the following programs is huge plus: Google Workspace, Adobe Suite, and ClickUp
*Bonus points: If you have knowledge of Agile project management systems
Responsibilities:
- The Junior Account Coordinator has a front-row seat to our ever-evolving working relationships with clients, as well as to our work and our creative process
- Responsible for all day-to-day administrative, clerical, and scheduling-related tasks for client service management
- Provide valuable and much-needed support to the Creative team and to our clients throughout the lifespan of each project
- Able to multitask and switch gears to work on multiple projects in one day / several projects in one week
- Assign tasks to team members and ensure that tasks are moving according to project timelines
- This role is often client-facing; their function is to ensure all internal and external communication and coordination is recorded, accurate, timely and organized
- Maintain a solid level of awareness of team bandwidth and hours spent on projects
- This role reports directly to the account management team
- Monitor and manage the calendar and schedule client meetings, presentations, and check-ins for the Creative team
- Attends client presentations and internal meetings and can take concise/actionable notes and distribute to the internal team as needed
- General support for the Creative team
- Setting up client profiles in our internal system and assisting with gathering client assets and information and responsible for the organization of those assets in ClickUp and in Slack
- Troubleshoot any requests from any department wherever assistance is needed
